There are a lot of players and instruments in this world however everyone has a different essence. This divine universe contains seven tones and these tones give serenity to world. People say! These tones are made of seven eternal forces. According to Bible it is known as inner music. This is why music played by one artist cannot be played the same way irrespective of the fact there are 7 notes only.

According to me Music is a divine power that can change your world. That can make you feel “Nirvana”. You can find a lot of Guitarists in the world however it’s difficult to find a Musician. I feel, even listening to music is an art. Nobody can listen, one kind of music. Everyone has its own taste. Some people are influenced by traditional music and some are not. What I can say, taste of music defines the personality of a human being.

The music of nature is the first step to music of art. Indian music is, in the highest sense, pantheistic; but at the same time it is highly scientific. In India, Aryans are ones who actually felt the eternity in music of nature and then converted it into the melody and the harmony and both combines into a great common mother. They discovered that we can feel music in the murmur of waters, in the roar of the storming ocean, and even in the distant roll of a great city.

Music becomes elixir if it is an overflow from one’s Spiritual Heart.

music and meditationMeditation is defined as the technique to focus our mind on a single point but till the time we don’t have that single point in our mind we can never meditate and very few people in this world know how to meditate. You can get a lot of articles about meditation on the web but reading and practicing are two different processes. It is very hard to practice the meditation.

According to different scriptures music is an art whose destination and the source is our soul and it has a deep relationship with our mind. Our taste in the music illuminates our essentiality. Music is of different types like (Pop, Rock, Blues, Country, Rap, Classical, Indian classical and so on) and every type has its own nature. This is the reason different people like different kind of music and it clearly defines the essentiality of people.

If we know how to play music we can meditate through the music as every note in music has its own nature and we can focus on the nature of the notes. This will help us to relate our mind with ourselves and we will definitely feel relaxed after playing music.

Any feeling we have can be expressed through music. Artists can play songs of aggression and peace at the same time as they know how to play with their feelings through music but to be on that state we need a lot of practice and patience.

Music can change our life but we just need to practice and feel the real essence of music.

When I was 15, I went to the music shop to buy the drums but I was short of money so I bought the Guitar. As it was new I played it a couple of times but my dream was to play the percussion. I started learning it from one of the professional music schools in India but it was not my interest to play the Guitar.Music My Passion

One day I was sitting alone and practicing on the Guitar, suddenly I played lead of one song and that was the first time I played it with interest. I started learning it with a bit interest and I realized that the school from where I was learning was just for making money. I started searching for the teacher who can teach me from the heart as the source and the destination of the music is our soul.

After three years I met Mr. Lalit who is a wonderful player and a teacher. After meeting him I actually found what I was looking for – “A teacher with values”. I joined his classes and he was the only one who taught me about the nature of the notes and what is real music.

First I learned to play the notes and then playing with the notes. I started with Pop Music and played it for one year then I switched to the Rock Music like (Metallica, Puddle of Mud, Slipknot, limp-bizkit, Pink Floyd, Doors etc.) now I am completely into the Blues and Country like (BB king, Eric Clapton, Johnny Cash, Elton John etc.).

I performed with many bands in India but the serenity was nowhere. I thought to stand alone with my music but I couldn’t. Then I thought for whom am I doing this? I got the answer and decided for not to make it my profession as my music was slumping day by day just in the worries to make it my profession.

I decided to teach music for free as my motive was to stay in touch with music. One day my students came for the class, they sat with me and went back to their places but I didn’t notice that as I was completely indulged into the music and experiencing the serenity. That day I realized that I can play music. The desire was not showing somebody but experiencing the nirvana. I was habituated to that feeling of eternity and I used to play music for eight hours in a day. After sometime I learned romancing with nature through music and I love this feeling.

Now I can say that Music is me, my soul, my life and my world….
